Fujikura Fusion Splicer Service and Support

BIZI has a highly-trained team of qualified engineers and technicians to provide technical support, refurbishment and repairs on FSM-30, FSM-40 and FSM-50 splicers. Our technicians have the know-how and experience to troubleshoot problems and repair splicers. In the event that a repair is needed, our splicer repair shop has the necessary components to repair and refurbish splicers, no matter where they were purchased.

Free evaluation report of FSM-30, FSM-40, and FSM-50 splicers shipped into our depot center
Free Time & Material estimate reports
Full Cleaning & Calibration: $425.00 (4 hours)

We also offer refurbishment services including:

Servo-motor replacement
Cleaver cleaning or replacement
Electrode replacement

BIZI also provides custom engineering services for special splicing or fiber preparation applications. Our standard depot repair rate is $125/hour for engineering/repair services.

Fusion Splicer Equipment Sales

BIZI carries a large selection of Fujikura fusion splicers. All new Fujikura splicer purchases include one FREE Deep-Cleaning depot center service within a one-year period from original sale. (Units must be shipped into our facility at owner cost.)
